ActionPak now offers print registered wrapping services. Our new machine is capable of running high impact color graphics on poly shrink film. This machine is flexible and cost effective. Your product can be packaged with or without a tray or pad in multipacks of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 24 bottles, cans or jars. In fact, it can handle aseptic brick packs as well as almost any variety pack. Some common applications include water, soda, juice, soup and other canned products.
Tray packing, multi-packing, case bundling or bundle wrapping can be identified by the "Bull's-Eyes" at both ends of the product. An additional benefit of printed film is that it covers the individual UPC's in a Multi-Pack and that you do not have to orientate your product.
SAMPLES
If you are currently using a clear polyolefin, now you can have the high quality of printed shrink film without additional costs. Typically you can get a club store sample pack with your graphics and your product inside for between $500 - $700 and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive.

Welch's multipack could be a first Designed for warehouse clubstore sales, the shrink-wrapped package that replaces what PD hears was a labor-intensive film-wrapped tray-pack, contains eight 12-oz cans of three different juice blends - Grape, Fruit Punch and Orange Pineapple - and is designed to shrink in the right places without distorting. Once converted, the film is legible, colorful and informative, displaying its various consumer messages on all panels. Welch's goal for the new packaging strategy, it says, was to differentiate the pack from competitors and boost sales. The new pack is apparently meeting the goals."
