I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional performance of you and your staff in support of a recent shipment from our site in Valley Forge to a customer's site in the Far East. ActionPak, on very short notice due to a last minute revision to our shipping schedule, picked up the material at our site, packaged it and returned it to us in less than twenty-four hours. As this was our initial shipment to this particular customer, it was imperative that the packaging properly protected our product, while adhering to all international customs requirements, including addressing and other markings. Your firm exceeded these requirements and our management as well as the customer were quite pleased with the results. Once again, on behalf of our Export team, thank you for a job well done.
